Keksalarm!

Keksalarm! (Cookie Alarm!) is a game for children. The app does not collect, store or share any personal data. Only if parents explicitly switch it on, anonymous game counters are sent. This website uses no cookies, no tracking and loads nothing from other servers.

3. Optional anonymous play statistics (off by default)

Only if parents switch on “Send anonymous play statistics” in the “For parents” area (protected by a sum), the app sends, at most once a day, the growth of the play counters (e.g. “Beach · Evening: played twice, finished once”), the app version, the operating system (iOS/Android) and the date to our own server. No names, no device or advertising ids and nothing about single games are sent. On the server the numbers are added at once to daily totals over all devices; these statistics store no IP addresses (for the technical server log files see section 4).

Purpose: improving the game (e.g. finding parts that are too hard). Legal basis is the parents' consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which can be withdrawn at any time with the same switch – then nothing is sent any more. Because the totals cannot be linked to anyone, access or deletion for a single device is not possible; the daily totals are kept for at most 3 years. Server location: Germany.

4. This website and the server

The website and the statistics server are hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf (processing on our behalf under Art. 28 GDPR, servers in Germany). When a page is opened or statistics are sent, the server processes technically necessary data in log files: IP address, date and time, requested address, amount of data, browser or app identifier and operating system. This serves only the secure and stable operation (legal basis Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR); the log files are not analysed, not combined with other data and deleted after a short time.

5. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure and restriction of processing, the right to data portability and the right to object to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. You can withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of Baden-Württemberg. For questions, an e-mail to th.codewerk (at) gmail (dot) com is enough.
